WANTED: Small commuter bike

Hi all,
I'm looking for a small (I'm 5'2; 47 cm frame or smaller) sturdy and reliable bike for commuting. No need for anything fancy. Would be nice if panniers could be put on it.

Sherry, my wife (5'2) has a 14-year-old Kona Lavadome that she converted to a commuter about 10 years ago, with fat slick tires and a raised handlebar stem. It has a rat-trap for panniers, as well as a triple front derailleur and 8-speed cassette. It's well used, but in good running shape. She may be willing to sell it to you cheap.
