Time Trial marshalls...

I know it's late...but does anyone know where we meet tonight if marshalling the time trial on Dallas (got to Pareto late this morning)?

Hi all;

For those of you helping with setup, we have three main tasks:
- assemble the metal fences along both sides of Dallas Road near the bend in the road at Clover Point
- put road barriers in place to block traffic from entering Dallas Road (this happens at 5:00pm)
- place cones along the center line of the route to separate the riders going in opposite directions

The metal fences will be delivered at 3:30, so please show up as soon as you can after that as this is the biggest part of the job. I'd suggest bringing work gloves (or at least cycling gloves).

Marshals will be put into position between 5:30pm and 5:45pm. So if you're marshaling I'd suggest arriving at Clover Point by 5:00 to get your work-vest and stop sign, and to leave time to get into your position for 5:30. A bike might be useful for getting to/from Clover Point to your marshal position.

The TT starts at 6pm sharp.

Tear-down will commence by 8:30pm. Again, work gloves (or cycling gloves) might be a good idea.
