Last chance to get a time for June!!!! sign on is at 6:30 First start is at 7. Its tons of fun and a great way to get ready for the hill tomorrow! Karen and will be there with at least one pointy hat ... hope to see others out as well!

Or I could do the TT in my full face mountain biking helmet,

I got a 27:52, but I did run the last 350 meters.

Thanks Duane. It was horrible to do but awesome to have done! Only problem is that it was on my brother's P3. If I cant do the same next week on my bike it is going to be a really expensive problem!

Really you have to love Roland though. The Banana is SERIOUSLY committed to posting times in the 27's. I guess he did the first lap around 13 minutes and stayed on pace for the second lap so with about 400m to go he threw in a totally random "hike a bike" section just to make sure he didnt crack 27:00 - that is dedication. Plus running in cleats carrying his bike???? A picture of grace!
