Thanks for listing the wheel. i don't know tufo tubulars, but you said open pro rim, which is usually a clincher. Will this fit conventional clinchers, or it is a tubular only rim?

Sorry for the late reply guys, I should check this forum more often. Everything is still for sale. Lister-I goofed on the rim, it's a mavic reflex, not open pro. It is tubular, so it won't work with clincher tires.
