A Tripleshot Lending library...

Post by FairweatherMike »

Or at least the germ of a concept:

Neighbour Dave Hill (the dude who got me into this whole Tripleshot thing) kindly gave me a copy of a fine cycling/racing/history tome titled Road to Valour. (http://roadtovalorbook.com) Great read and a terrific summer page-turner.

I also bought a copy of The Flying Scotsman (DVD): http://www.imdb.com/video/screenplay/vi983893273

I would like to put these two items into circulation. No, I don't need them back but could act as a circulation point when people want to pass them on. Not sure how to start a functioning mini-library - but perhaps our Fairfield mailbox could work as an exchange point.

Let me know if you Tripleshotters want either of these items, and if you have any titles you want to add & put into circulation (I may regret this!)

Mike - I would love to read "Road to Valour". Interested in a trade? I can offer "A Dog in a Hat" by Joe Parkin or a few other titles...

I've got a copy of the Secret Race by Tyler Hamilton if anyone wants an interesting read.
I've got an obnoxious helmet. It's green.

Highly recommend "A Dog in a Hat". One of the best books ever written on that era bike racing.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.

Completely love Dog in a Hat. I have the e-version which I recommend if you can't get your hands on the actual book.
