TTT - Getting there & back

should we think about carpooling? I think we (as the organizers) need to be there by 11am. We have stuff to do -set up registration tables, tent, arrange coffee, set out cones, get gear to marshalls, take registrations work out the crazy math, etc.

I am out to Sidney this week to pick up all the equipment and will plan to be there a bit before 11 but ........ sharing is good
