Registration is now open for the 2009 Cardinal Law Sidney Twilight Grand Prix presented by Russ Hays the Bicycle Shop, with early bird entry fees in effect until July 10th, after which prices go up $10 for all categories. July 25-26, 2009 brings great Bike Racing action to Sidney and Victoria, BC.

On Saturday July 25, 2009, the Cardinal Law Sidney Twilight Grand Prix presented by Russ Hays The Bicycle Shop is back and bigger than ever as the BC CUP Final event for 2009. Racing on a short fully enclosed 1000 metre figure-8 course through Sidney's downtown area, this European-style event will test the skill and resolve of BC's finest cyclists.

The weekend of racing and fun continues on Sunday July 26, 2009 with the Oak Bay Bikes Cops for Cancer Criterium and the Tim Horton's Timbits Kids Challenge, both located at Windsor Park in Oak Bay , BC. This will be a great event for the whole family and will help raise needed money to support kids battling cancer.

All events are organized through The Aviawest Cycling Society, which is a not-for-profit group that provides support to local youth who aspire to become the Champions of tomorrow.

I'm doing both... only thing that concerns me is that Sidney is a Cat 3/4 race... I have a feeling I won't last that long.

Just wondering, who has a race license and what Cat? And who just has a club license?
