Mark Ford ,John D. and I are feeling VERY Festive as of about 11am today. Mark is talking of bringing some 15 year old pudding and fruitcake to coffee on Friday, Jan 4 for the successful, festive Tripleshot members.

I did that for two months. I was good at it. It was really easy. It was actually probably closer to 1000 extra kcal per day, looking at the end result.

Right, tomorrow, have fun. I'm probably out. The ride today was hard and I want to get another 500 km banked next week so a day off will be smart.
