Tuesday C ride

Post by John D »

Hey there...anyone else getting over a cold?

Been 10 days since I did anything more strenuous than commute slowly to/from work in my little chain-ring. Hoping to get back at it tomorrow, but thinking that a C-ride pace is the best I'll be able to manage. Anyone else up for a C ride?

I will do a friendly no-drop C ride with you. No-drop doesn't include me. If I get dropped don't wait.

If it isn't snowing or below 3 degrees and the cough I have had is better ,a C ride will be good.
If winter weather is happening ,the spin class at the YMCA at 6:15 may call me ,then join hardcore tripleshot people at coffee.

I'll be happy to ride with you John. Lately I've been a wana-be "B" rider and it hurt.

You missed a great C ride, John. All 300m of it.

Five of us made it to Safeway Bucks. A little too sparkly out there.

I made it as far as the end of my driveway at 5:45 only to find the street covered in frost as far as the eye could see!

What John said. Yeeeesh. I even took the car to work.

Saw a great many commuters out on bikes later, some hammering down the Goose. Not so sure that was a bright idea.

Hoping to come out Friday AM, though.

Hey Kate and all others! How about tomorrow morning, the farm team ride from the church at Richmond and Richardson? It does not like there will be any ice, just a lot of wind!

If things are not howling too badly and the temp is above 3 I'll likely be out tomorrow AM. That is a lot of ifs with a tremendous amount of wiggle weasel wimp out!

Looks like a great day for a swim. Off to the Crystal Pool, in my car!
