Wednesday LSD

Kevin Ford and I are doing a 100km LSD ride out around lands end. Steady pace around 29-30km/h average. 6AM cook st starbucks. Should be home before 10AM, coffee in.

sweet, sylvan. It'll be 60km short of our typical winter rides together, but we'll focus on "fun and fitness" :)
