Prescription Sunglasses

I'm in the market for some prescription sunglasses for riding. I've tried contact lenses in the past, but always found them to be uncomfortable.

I've been told that it is very difficult to cut prescription lenses for sunglasses that would typically be used for riding, so I've been looking into a few models that permit a prescription insert. These typically have interchangable lenses to suit various light conditions which is also a plus (Bolle Vigilante and Adidas Evil Eye are models that have these features).

Anyone have any experience with these, or preferences in general?

A buddy of mine uses a prescription adidas frame and lens very happily. I think he got them from Family Eye Care (or something like that) on Yates
