I might come but I only have two gears and no time to get a new shifter so I'll only last until Prospect Lake (if that's the route). Fortunately I was able to unscrew the barrel enough to get it into the 14 instead of the 12 so I have 52/14 and 36/14 which isn't completely horrendous.

Re: Thursday morning fast ride??
It was a big group, I think it was nine or ten.
Re: Thursday morning fast ride??
Ten at Bucky's at the start. That is a good ride right there. I felt like a dork attacking at the bottom of every hill but I needed the momentum to get to the top without falling over. And then I'd be gassed, drift to the back over the top and could barely help chase. Argh. At least all the hills are short.

My wife summed it up well when I walked in the door, "you look like death". I thought a big group would be easier? I fell off the back at Ross Bay when Luke took the pull.
