the suffering starts at 630. This is a GREAT course for riding out to for a warm up! You dont want to be warming up on the course and burn all of your matches getting ready!

Meet at 5pm at the Switch Bridge. Confirmed: Dave S., Gavin, Norm & your intrepid reporter. Bigring Taylor will ride if he can escape early enough and Jarius and Joe should be making it as well.

C'Mon tripleshotters (*ahem* lady tripleshotters??? *ahem*) its not really any different than doing the hills in the morning except we get a nice civilized ride out & back.

So its great training and great volume - add in the great team atmosphere and we have the perfect trifecta!

Is VCL using their own numbers or am I supposed to bring my Cycling BC number?

Hi Roland,

VCL numbers are given out. I haven't seen anyone with Cycling BC numbers on Wednesday evenings. But bring your licence and your TS kit!

I did my first VCL race last week, and I was given a number by them after filling out some very brief registration info. They use their own numbering, and you keep your number for the season. It was $10 - and they didn't end up asking to see my license even though I know they require it (and I do have one). Probably a good idea to bring it just in case.

I'll be racing in 'stealth mode' again until the new TS kit order comes in.
