Thursday June 21st AM Ride

Shawn C, Bryson and I are heading out for a 50km loop tomorrow morning around prospect and elk lake, then around the waterfront if anyone's interested. Mayfair starbucks 6AM. Planned pace will be a steady to fast "A" ride pace, around 33-35km/h average. Should be at james bay around 7:35.

Thanks Shawn and Bryson. That was a solid ride. 50km, 819m of ascent at 34.8km/h average for the 3 of us followed by espresso at Discovery James Bay. Beautiful morning this morning too. We'll probably be doing it again some time next week if any of you hammerheads are looking for a fast AM ride. I'll post details.
