My legs are shot! I want to ride long on Saturday. I am looking forward to a C ride on Friday. While I did indeed enjoy Teusday's team sprints, I need a bit of rest and a gentler ride on Friday.

I cannot ride on Friday, as I'm racing (very, very) long on Sunday. But Liz would like to come out and David will ride C to keep everyone company.
