BIG thanks to the Volunteers

Thanks. If it wasnt for the dedicated group of volunteers with Tripleshot events like last night's TT would not and could not happen. I am always amazed by how willing a small number of our group are to give up their free time so others of us can race etc. You foks are stars! Plus your cheering really helped!

I encourage all of us to say thanks personally to all the volunteers and, if you havent done your bit, maybe consider helping out even just once so the people that are persistent volunteers actually get a chance to race themselves one of these days.

Well said Peter. First, that was a great event, thanks to everybody for coordinating and volunteering to make it happen. It was nice to see so make TSC riders out. I was working at the timing booth and there was comment from some volunteers (not the timers) that the volunteers get rare thanks at road events whereas they are invariably thanked at mountain bike and cross events. As a club we should make a point of thanking all the volunteers at each event.
