There is some confusion about the Saturday ride and whether it is 'unplanned' or 'regular'. Lately we have seen a regular 6 - 8 people out. The pace varies depending on the audience, sometimes it splits into smaller groups, other times it stays as one. I encourage everyone to come out.
Don't look for a post for this ride, expect it to happen.
Cook St Starbucks 6am, waterfront past Mattick's to Sidney, then we usually do Lands End, West Saanich, Wallace, West Saanich, Interurban etc. A good option for a slower pace is to take Wain Rd. instead and have the group catch you further along.
See you there.

Re: Saturday 6am Ride - A regular thing
John has made a good point that the Saturday ride can sometimes be a Sufferfest, however sometimes it is not.
We used to have the 'Killer Bs', which was a gentler no drop group that would go out. Sometimes we would all go to Matticks and then the faster ones would push ahead.
So, I think we should actually continue to post before each Saturday ride so that it is known who is coming out, which should bring out those wanting a Non-Sufferfest Sat am ride.
