Potential C race at Latoria??

So. Western Speedway on Monday was really fun and now I kind of want to try a Wednesday night ... Apparently if enough C riders show up, there will be a C race... would anyone else be interested??? Could be fun

I just talked to Russ Hays and they said that there's a C race for sure. So I guess that means we HAVE to show up!

Wow! This is great. I'll be there and happy to organize our efforts as best we can to give everyone a good try at it. Not much experience but a good idea of what to expect.
The race calendar says races are at 6:30 so be there at 6pm for sure as it takes a bit to get registered and we can meet quickly.
Very happy to hear there'll be more of a TS presence. Very cool.

.I have considered Latoria .... Having read above posts and sensing the growing C enthusiasm ,I am 95% in...Just need to adjust my 100km, Wed a.m ride and shuffle a 4 p.m. client, and I am in..

Who is riding out or driving??? if weather is good I could be at switch bridge, by recyclistas at 5;15[maybe need lights if riding home ??] Lets go C 's {Cool Canuck Cyclists}or.........

Hi Paul, I'm planning on riding out from downtown. I've never paid much attention to how long it takes me to get out there, but I can try to be at the switch bridge by 5:15. And yes, I have my lights for the ride back.

Due to work schedules, I will be driving out (most of the way). I'll have a couple of extra spaces on the bike rack for anyone, if needed.

So I just heard that a truck flipped in the Northbound lane on the #1. If anyone's on the fence about riding vs. driving, today might be a good day to pick riding to the race start.

For those intending to drive out, note that the highway is currently closed at Thetis Lake. Apparently a septic truck dumped its load.

According to DriveBC, the estimated time of opening is 5pm.
