Anyone thinking of doing the Masters race in Shawnigan Lake this weekend?

Yes , I am thinking of doing it...as long as weather looks promising. I am "jogging" the TC10km at 8 a.m. with an 82 yr old friend but would be ready to go by about 9:30...The masters RR is at noon, I believe its in Maple Bay area on Sunday....Any body driving up got room for one bike and body? Any other Tripleshot 55 to 59's doing it??

Hey Paul,

There are actually 3 races this weekend: 2 hill climbs on Saturday in Mill bay and Shawningan and a road race on Sunday in Maple Bay . I will be doing the hill climb on Saturday afternoon in Shawnigan Lake. The whole family is coming, so my car will be full.

Missed you all in the RR on Sunday! Quite fun doing the age group racing. Well organized as well. I lost out to a break but that break had a few cat 2s that win the VCLs!

Sorry I missed out on this race. I want to make the next couple and hope to have some contribution to other TS'rs that are competing.
