Greetings Fellow Cyclists and Supporters

The 2009 time trial season is fast approaching (let's hope the warm weather is not far behind). Dave Osmond is in the process of obtaining approvals so we can start scheduling for marshals, timekeepers, holders, membership sales and posting of results.
Last year many non-club members as well as club members volunteered which lessened the work load for everyone. I'm hoping you will commit again this year. Experience is not necessary - we will instruct as necessary on the evening.

What I would like from you, as soon as possible, is a commitment to work a minimum of 2 shifts during the May - August season, and respectfully ask that you find your own replacement if you can't do your scheduled shift. Please reply to me ian.birch@shaw.ca (do not hit the "Reply" button) indicating how many shifts you could work, what position(s) you want to fill (or don't want to fill), when, and what dates are not good for you. If you don't indictate a date, I'll assume you are flexible. I'll send out a schedule once it is finalized and it will be put on our website.
