Mountain Biking

Post by Roland »

Does anybody like mountain biking? Or is this an on-road club only?

Yes! In fact I'm writing this from southern Utah where we're mountain biking the high desert around Zion/Gooseberry Mesa for the spring break- incredible.

If you're thinking the occasional group ride to Hartland etc I'm in. Lister also had a cool idea for some off-road riding as well that might be worth re-visiting. Lister?

Joe I know does some crazy night-riding at Hartland- love to try that as well.

Back on the road soon- way at the back of the pack by the sounds of current average fitness level out there.

Cheers,
Chris

Yup, I'm in. Haven't done much this winter though.

What ideas were those Chris? Can't remember. I'd like to do something new. Hartland's great, but I''d like to try something new.

Well, if anybody is interested in getting a little muddy, I made a google group to organize mountain bike rides. We usually go Sundays at the dump and break into a fast group and a slow group.
