Is anyone interested in going long on Friday after the regular ride and a quick coffee? +- 60 k at a regular Sunday pace? Regular Sunday! Not like last Sunday that at times felt more like a Saturday ride!

Very nice ride this morning. Great B ride with a number of folks returning to the fold! After a nice coffee or two (thank you to those who bought this morning!!) Norm John and I headed out to Metchosin, Rocky Point, Kangaroo, Lindholm then back by Happy Valley and the Goose. About 105 K total. The pace was not too strenuous with the goal of just putting is some extra distance on such a beautiful morning! Thanks All! Until Sunday!
