Club Sponsorship

Dear Tripleshot Club Members,

We are looking for sponsors for our little group of early morning bike riders. If you or anyone you know is interested in supporting Tripleshot and, by association, the development of cycling in our community, please let us know.

Our "standard" sponsorship is $500. For that commitment of cash, you receive your company logo placed on all Tripleshot kit as well as on the website. You also have the ability to promote your company and the work it does to a devoted membership. Beyond that, we have customized sponsorship packages for contributions over $500.00, so if you would like to increase your impact and exposure, we would be happy to craft an agreement that works for you.

Below is an excerpt from a review of 2011 sent to sponsors earlier this year, outlining some of the hilights of the club. Please let me know if you have a lead that needs to be followed up - I am happy to meet with anyone interested. Tripleshot 2011 Review

At this point, TripleShot is the second largest cycling club in BC. We have 143 members and continue to grow through the inclusive and welcoming approach that has become the hallmark of TripleShot Cycling (along with early mornings and strong coffee). Our members enjoyed a year of successes, including the development of our junior racing program that produced multiple provincial champions and a representative for Canada at the junior World Championships. The program welcomes participants from ages 11 through 18, provides coaching support and has drawn participants and their families into the culture of cycling.

More broadly, TripleShot members have participated in all levels of cycling both locally and across the province. Events have included:

• Gran Fondos in Vancouver, Victoria, Penticton and more;
• A, B and C level racing in the Victoria Cycling League;
• Masters road racing;
• Cyclocross series races in Victoria and Vancouver.

In the coming year we are looking forward to continued growth and success as more Victorians join us to discover cycling and we expose an ever-growing number of members to the lifelong benefits associated with the sport.

TripleShot has allocated 50% of all revenues – including your sponsorship dollars – to the junior development team. The remaining 50% has funded club activities, including infrastructure, social activities and administration. In 2012 the creation of a racing component is a priority. This will allow members to continue to develop their expertise without having to look elsewhere for support.

Your continued participation as a sponsor is important to us and we would like to invite you to participate again. The exposure that you receive includes:

• The application of your corporate logo on the team kit (members spend in excess of $20,000.00 annually on team kit), which is worn at all training rides and races by an ever-increasing number of members;
• The application of your logo on the team website, the hub for all communication and socializing for the club;
• Promotion of your organization by club members;
• The opportunity for direct promotion of your company to club members through club events or special promotions.
