So it was a dark and stormy morning. Dolly, Bill & yours truly slogged it out and became MUCH better people for doing hill repeats this morning. While the rest of you were cuddled up in your dry warm beds we were building fitness and our legends.

Eric kindly stayed home this morning, taking care of little Lauren who had been up puking in the night. He would have been there, rain, hills and all if not for that. ( I think he is still trying to get brownie points for that TT bike he is thinking of.....)

Just wait Dylan, you will find out riding in the rain and cold beats cleaning up undigested carrots!
