Tripleshot Performance Speakers Series #1 - Sport Psych

Ok calling all Tripleshotters here is your first shot at upping your game. As part of our move to provide more info / resources to those that want to be competitive I have set up an evening session on January 18 starting at 7pm at the PISE boardroom.

First up will be Dr. Bruce Pinel the head sport psych at Canadian Sport Centre Pacific. Bruce will give an overview / intro to sport psych and then focus on managing anxiety in the performance environment.

Space is limited so sign up here. Cost will be less than $10 and I will confirm cost when I see how many are interested. First dibs to any TSC members (paid for 2012). Then I will open it up to others.

If this goes well I would like to set up monthly things like this on various performance topics so if you want to get better and get more of this stuff going on sign up and lets get 2012 going!
