A couple of us are going to do the usual Friday ride, have a quick cup of coffee and then go for another couple hours, maybe 60 or 65 K, maybe Metchosin. Anyone else interested?

Josh, please make sure you REALLY hammer the regular ride so you are ready for a B or B- LSD after coffee!! You too Sylvan!

I was also thinking of a long (100 K) Saturday LSD ride as well seeing how most of us would likely not be riding this Sunday.
B or B- pace. Starting at 7 from Discovery Coffee??? I realize the regular sufferfest starts at 6 but for me the pace would be a bit too intense. And I'd like a bit of a sleep in!

And, not that I put a lot of stock in Victoria weather forecasts, but right now Saturday looks more promising than Friday, which calls for rain and a low of -2C.

I would we in if a Saturday ride is on as I need to sleep in tomorrow.
