Salute to Mike and Pete, the ones who kept me from going back home. Even if they each only came to say they were the only one.

Despite the snow in the upper reaches of Shelbourne, there were no ice patches. The water route road surface was even clear of snow from Uplands through to Ross Bay (the bit I did). Even a bit of blue sky over the Olympics. My grandmother said, "If you can see a patch of blue as big as your knickers, it will be nice day."

I'm getting a rep. Pete mentioned the same article. I'd deny, except I agree with it. Even the bit about the new wheels looking cooler and faster.

Now, if only they still made those rims....
