BC TT & TTT Champs - Registration now open!

Post by Plawless »

Ok TSC time to show what you have been working on for all those early mornings. Come out and demonstrate your power and form!

Tripleshot Cycling is proud to present the 2011 BC TT and TTT Championships. Thanks to the generous cooperation of the Sidney Velo Club and the BC Master’s Cycling Association 2011 will have a Provincial championship in the RACE OF TRUTH.

We apologize for the last minute notice but hope that all of our mainland friends will join us in the Warm Land of the Cowichan Valley on Saturday August 6th. Take a 7am ferry over to the Island, race on your own, then race again with friends and still make it home the same day! What could be better?

Registration is only available online at:
http://reg.ccnbikes.com/index.php/event ... mpionships

Its $50 per person ($30 for Juniors & Paracyclists) but if you set up a TTT team you save $$$$! One TTT team is $180 and you get 4 ITT registrations “free”!

where is the chatter? How can it be that so far there isnt even a single tripleshotter registered......

Lets form some teams. Lets form them friday morning. There shoud be at elast 2 junior teams plus at least one senior women's team. then I can think of at least 3-4 men's teams......

so what is the hold up - don't be shy I am SURE its easier/better to pick your own team rather than me arbitrarily doing it for you.....

So lets talk and get this event rocking as only TSC can!

I might be up for a 3-4 team, but I'd need to borrow a TT bike. 54-56 size

Next question: how is junior defined?
I've got an obnoxious helmet. It's green.

u19 There is also a U17 "youth" category, but in practice the U17 ride TTT with u19's for numbers. For eg the TS male team are 3 youth and 1 junior, and the prospective team for girls is 3 u17 and 1 u19.

Alright, I just got off my currently apathetic ass, and signed up to actually race my bike again, which I haven't done since the provincial road race.

If I can do it, you should too.....
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
