Peter, Oak Bay Bikes has a padded bike bag, but it doesn't have wheels.

Re. BMX: Andrew passed someone at the track yesterday evening and finished 6th in a group of seven 8 yr old boys. For a newbie who uses the brakes on the way down the start ramp, that's an accomplishment - like finishing in the peloton for the first time. Quite a few girls at BMX too.
