Triple Shot Training Camp

When: April 30th thru May 4

Over view:
April 30th Arrive late afternoon ride (40k)
May 1: Morning ride (40-60k) Afternoon: Hill work-out up Anarchist Mt.
May 2: Morning ride (40-60k) Afternoon: Time trial from Oliver to Osoyoos (20K)
May 3rd Big group ride (over 100K-possible to do portion of Ironman Canada ride: 140-160K)

Each night dinner at my cabin. There is room to camp on the property of the cabin (for all depending on numbers) and of course there are numerous hotels.

Correction the dates are from the Wednesday (April 29 to May 3) to Sunday. More information to come.

Karen and I are in. We will find a hotel if that is cool though. Probably going to bring our tandem as well. So for me it will be group ride in the morning and tandem in the afternoon. Sounds like tons of fun.

I think it would be great to see Rusnak again as well if he can make it.
