I'll be out tomorrow for a nice C ride, a bit of coffee followed by another 80 K or so through Metchosin. Anyone else interested? I hope to keep a C or C+ plus pace for the 80K. If you think you might like to ride long, keep in mind Mat's experience and bring some nutrition!

I'm really hoping to get back in the saddle this week. A nice early C ride might be in order, depending on how hard I go tonight at Hartland. Is there a regular group of C riders now? I need to start putting some mileage on my road bike.
