This is my first time on a supported ride with the club, if I have specific food and other gear can I drop it off at the start with one of the support vehicles?

Hi All, there was some mention of the club doing the Big Loop in July, I thought there was mention of the last Sunday. Does anyone know if this is still a go? I'm keen to make it happen.
