So, 6:30 Departure from Douglas/Alpha Starbucks? That sounds 'fun' - and since I cannot play with the Hornet cars this evening maybe I will give a Thursday morning ride a go...unless I sleep in.

Does anyone know if the VCL race at Western Speedway is on this evening?

If today wasn't Remembrance Day I would be there. Instead, I was on Parade at the Cenotaph...

Can we meet at the usual Fairfiels Starbucks so some of us can have a hot drink before leaving? Still shoot for the 7:30 departure.

I like the casual Jacket that Lister has with the exception of (sorry to the sponsors who support us) the printing of sponsors on the back. I would be happy to pick-up a Jacket without sponsors either from Champ-Sys or another supplier.

I am interested in a kinder, gentler moderately-uncomfortable-fest tomorrow morning - assuming I can actually get out of bed. I would not be averse to another cross ride with the angel of death (some call her Glen, but we all know who she is).

I suggest that those that want to do the Hammerfest time it so they conect with the standard holiday ride leaving Fairfield Starbucks at 7:30 - so that there are more peope to pull my psycho-cross abused self around the roads...

So how challenging a ride will this be? What if the only off-road cycling I have done is as I am crashing in the ditch? Will I be weeping during or after the ride?

How long is the ride likely to be?

Based on the above questions I am a definite maybe for tomorrow:)
