Re: Air quality.

Here's a link to the gov's site for local air quality.

http://www.env.gov.bc.ca/epd/bcairquali ... a-aqhi.xml

right now its at 10+ VERY HIGH HEALTH RISK

As mentioned earlier, the Apple Triathlon was cancelled in Kelowna due to air quality. I'll be doing yoga until it goes below 7.

Anyone doing the Kettle Mettle and want to carpool?

http://www.kettlemettle.ca/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIzIOpiP3-3AIVimB-Ch0XmgE4EAAYASAAEgKRmfD_BwE Hey all. I’m thinking of heading over for this gravel ride. Is anyone else planning on going? Any interest in carpooling? There’s room for 5 more people with gear and bikes in my truck. All of this assumes that...

Hey man dress. I love it. I think the 160k folks are at the front (but I’m not sure. How about we gather near the righ side (parliament side) so its easier to spot the argyle. I’ll t st you so at minimum you and I can meet up.

Re: Tour de Victoria

I'd be happy to ride as a team assuming we're at similar levels. I typically ride B1 and don't mind being dropped and would hope those I ride with would feel the same way. Perhaps we can set a meeting place on race day so we can leave as a pack?

I’ll be doing 160 also and watching my heart monitor closely to ensure I don’t explode.

Ok Sounds good.

I'm single parenting all weekend so no riding of any type for me! any day next week works.

Re: Is the morning CX riding still happening?

Hey Y'all.

I have a cross bike but it has 40c tires with basically no knobs. Will I need the knobs for the gnar or can I righteously roll right through being knobless?

Also, when's the next ride?

Thanks,
Rob

Re: Big Loop Ride July 15th ... details please

I’m echoing everyone’s sentiment here. The more I ride with Tripleshot the more I grow to appreciate the people.

I went in assuming I’d make it part way and be picked up by the van. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to finish it.

See y’all bright and early at 6 am.

Re: Big Loop Ride July 15th ... details please

I have recently perfected personal cloning so given the rate of rider drop out, I'll bring along one of my clones to ride with us. No guarantees on stamina or emotional stability though. Actually, that holds true for myself as well.

Re: Race Games Idea

Super fun this morning! Would love to see more of this. I was very impressed with how the coaches dealt wiTh the group dynamics and were able to provide such excellent on the bike instruction. Well done. I look forward to more. I think as everyone gets more used to it there will be more cohesion and...

Wanted: Cross or gravel bike. Ideally under $1000

In a perfect world it would have an aluminum frame and disc brakes but I’m open to seeing what’s out there.

New to using this forum so bear with me as I get the hang of it.

Thanks

Is there any kit left from the bulk order? Men's large upper and Medium shorts. If not, when is the next order typically placed?

thanks,
Rob
