No slight on Ron, he's the man - with maps, on the trails, at coffee, and of course when it comes to man scents ..

Friday, February 28: Please read on ...

Would someone please present a route idea for tomorrow, or at least a poem? And please make it good because I've been stuck in science nerdsville for the past month and need a good brain enema.

The construction is right outside the building that I (and John D.) work in. I recommend staying away tomorrow and probably many Thursdays to come.

Jonny tyre if all it takes is cinnamon to get you to join us and take a break from saving the planet then consider it done. I'll even mix a new batch of patchouli for your riding pleasure... Oh Ronny and Robby, you sure know how to get a gal aroused. http://media.giphy.com/media/e39tpB7xOf6h2/giphy...

Very maybe. Bike refurbished but haven't been on it for ~3 weeks. HB in advance, Claire.

Re: Fairfield Starbucks

For the reasons that Rob and Rolf outline, I agree that F&F Starbucks works better than the Marina. Sad to give up on the "sublime”, Louise, but happy that F&F Starbucks will still give you a break on getting to the start from GH.

Re: Fairfield Starbucks

The challenge with the marina is that the gravel folks regularly head the other way so it would be a big detour to start at the marina... Demitasse is pretty spot on. Rob, your point but about gravel rides is well taken, however the area around Demitasse is smaller than you think. And, as an Oak Ba...

Re: Fairfield Starbucks

I agree with Alan on all but his last point. The problem with Moka House is that it doesn’t offer space enough for cyclists to congregate - for that we really need a parking lot. My suggestion is the coffee shop at the Marina. The coffee shop opens at 7:00 am, has plenty of space, and outside there ...

Since my self-imposed giphy banishment, I've been feeling sad, lonely and reflective. http://media.giphy.com/media/fWgh9QXcunZ3mlIU9w/giphy.gif Even worse, I'll have to miss tomorrow's ride 'cause my crossbike has no brake pads, http://media.giphy.com/media/Poz9vTmpKDOb6/giphy.gif Please try and enj...

Ron’s patchouly-dipped beard on Saturday or Wonger’s seductively-tattooed thigh on Sunday, this is going to be a tough call. I can’t have both and so it’ll have to be a game-day call for moi.

Re: Tugwell Main smooth or bumpy?

This Sunday might not be best for me (I plan to ride Saturday afternoon while there is patch of dry weather in the forecast), but I could do the following Sunday. Markus's route looks very interesting, but I'm a no-go for a long ride this weekend as well (and the following two :( ). Ron, please pos...

I'm taking advantage of the fam being away and working late, Andrew. Route-wise, my suggestion is to start north and then go south, jogging occasionally from east to west. You're welcome, no charge.
