Nothing. The bikes been hanging in the garage for a year gathering dust. Just trying to make some space. It’s all about the Orange Whip!

Re: Water proof gloves
I have a pair of Assos neoprene gloves, very thin, that I've found to be the best thing in the rain. They work best when it's raining steadily. If it's on and off they get too hot.

Hi Martin - I have the Spond app and use it for my kid and the youth team. How does one find and/or use it for the regular club? I can't seem to find TS on the app itself...

If you aren’t working or things are just tight and you run out of food, please don’t go to sleep with an empty stomach. Don’t be afraid or embarrassed to send me a private message, text, call. I will be more than happy to share what food I have. We will never speak about it again. I will drop and go...

Mandy’s trying to get on as well but can’t find the ride. Zwift is definitely not intuitive.

Hey L3 - estimate SB about 7:50-8:00. Whether we start with Thetis or RR we will be coming your way. I’m thinking three hours will do it so you should be okay for gymnastics.

7:30, Cook St. Starbucks (I think). We are thinking we'll do the Langford Lake/Glen Lake/Royal Roads loop, maybe detour into the Irwin Ponds area to have a look at the new "cyclecross" park. Breakfast at Paul's or somewhere mutually agreeable after. Who's in?

The other Sunday ride
Mandy and I are going to leave from Fairbucks at 7:30 for a two to three hour ride if anyone wants to join. Route to be determined. Switch bridge by 7:00 means a 6:30 departure and we’re just not up for that. Happy Birthday Claire!

Departing Fairbucks at 7:30 is the plan. Goose to Colquitz, through Prospect Lake into Hartland for some technical terrain and back through Highland Road and Thetis. It would be great to finish with breakfast providing the weather is not too gruesome. Interested?
