Cross bike wanted

I am in search of a used, reasonably priced cross bike. I'm 5'7" and my Trek bikes are size 54 so in that size range. My mountain bike is just not quite cutting it on cross rides. AKA too heavy to carry as often as I need to.

Wanted: Smart trainer

Anyone have a smart trainer they bought and thought they would use, but haven't as the lure of the outdoors is too great? Message me here or call 250 857-1055.

Re: Peter Saying Thank You Tripleshot

Hi Peter I missed signing the card but wanted also to extend my best wishes. I have to say that your attitude is nothing short of remarkable and will hold you in good stead as you heal and return to fitness (thinking hopping training  ). You have been such a positive force for all of us and gre...

Re: Bike Policy for CRD Parks

Thanks for posting this Geoff. We (mainly my husband) have also chimed in. Very happy to hear that you can speak to the issue, Rolf. We will be en route to warmer climes but look forward to hearing how it went.

Traveling with a carbon frame bike

I have an EVOC soft sided bike bag and I am wondering how people pack their bikes into a soft sided case. Do you just pack it into the bag or do you protect it with bubble wrap and or soft foam padding? Thanks in advance.

That was a blast! Thanks so much to Brenna and Matt and to all my team members that encouraged me to push through the pain. It was the best and most fun workout I have had in awhile!

Re: Canadian Master's National Road Race Championships

Is it too early to start training for next year? I haven't quite digested or assimilated all my thoughts about yesterday's experience but I have to echo how much I appreciated all the cheering from my fellow Triple Shotters. L3 you were everywhere!!!! And so many people at the start finish lin...

Re: Thursday TTT pedestrian safety

I believe I was in the group that was involved in this incident. From my visual perspective it wasn't evident to me that the pedestrian planned to actually cross at the cross walk due to the direction from which he was approaching the cross walk. He didn't step out and by the time he was actually at...

Re: 2018 Canadian Masters Championships

Thanks, Andrew. I just took the plunge and finally signed up for the road race. Somewhere in your link I read that the price goes up soon by $20.00 so anyone who hasn't registered may want to do so soon.

Re: VCL#6

I would like to echo what Todd said. My first ever race as well and I now wonder why I resisted for so long! I think because I thought I wasn't fast enough or skilled enough. In the end all I can say is that I had so much fun, learned a ton and would love to see more women who ride at my level come ...
