Re: Bastion Square Crit
As an observer over the years, I would suggest that the masters category may be a more friendly pace than a cat 4 race. But make no mistake - there are a bunch of really fast masters guys out there. Just be ready to pin it right from the hop... Ditto on that. At the start, be attentive and ready to...

I don't think you can go wrong with an Everti. It's a great product for the money.Rolf wrote: I'm looking at the Odyssey and the whole Everti line.

I am not sure who David B. is or how often he rides with the C group, but I think he may have got us confused with another club,( or is he just trying to be funny??)....but I will let Barton or Mark Ford respond further to the previous posting. I believe David is correct. No-drop for the C ride app...

Well done everyone.
Based on the success of this ride, we should celebrate the winter solstice in a similar fashion.

Re: Biffing your bike
I can't contribute to the biffies, but I can't seem to stop watching this Friday afternoon cycling video . Caution: crashporn. Tough figure out what happened here. I've seen comments suggesting that the motorcyclist ran into the bikes because he was fixated on them (where you look is where you go),...

Re: Caleb Pike #2
Jay got disqualified. Harsh treatment given that the break away (with the two A riders) didn't succeed and that it was a mistake and a first offense. But, no big deal in the grand scheme of things. Like I said - he was gone, meaning he'll be able, to do it again, next time with two of us! JT He got...

Re: Rain ride tips
This (Kate's rant) probably rates in the Post of the Year category for being so fricken funny. Plus true. I was probably on that ride (or a similar one) where after coffee we looked down on the floor of the coffee shop as we stumbled to our feet to leave and it looked like we'd all peed our pants o...
