Re: Spring Gear Order
I'm 6'2" and I bought the xl bib shorts. The shoulder straps will be way to short on size large. The large jerseys are fine. Something to consider... I'm also 6'2" and wear a size L bib as per the champ sys sizing chart (which is based on waist size). Not surprisingly, the shoulder straps...

Re: One kit, two kits, black kit, blue kit?
I think we should only have 1 kit for racing/training/group rides, etc. It just makes things easier and doesn't require members to shell out for 2 different sets of gear. Having 2 kits seems unnecessary and seems to go against the inclusive ethos that Tripleshot is known for. I personally like the ...

Re: Sunday ride
Not exactly the ride I was expecting I'll have to second that. I was expecting a nice cruise around lands end. From Wallace, we threw in what was to be a quick out and back up Willis point road, but one of our group lost sight of the rest and mistakenly turned onto Ross Durrance road into Mt. Work....

Re: Sunday Dec 4, 7 AM Dept Disco
It's looking like tomorrows low temperature and dew point is going to be similar to today so I suspect road conditions will be similar as well. My street is still white with frost and it's going on 10am. If conditions are similar elsewhere, it doesn't bode well for a early start tomorrow. If anyone ...

It's not the jacket. My Drenchers seem to fill up regardless of what I am wearing.

We hacked east across Feltham: at Gordon Head, the first major split ("No *way* am I going down there...") happened and we lost a bunch of folks who turned south. That's where a few of decided to bail and headed south on Gordon Head instead. Made our way over to Henderson then down Foul B...

Hunt Rd in places was downright UGLY, I came home thru there today. Lochside/Martindale/Welch were dry for the most part, with a couple of spots on Welch that were sunlight deprived and still a but slushy. Hunt road was also mostly clear expect for the section from the turnoff at the bottom of Sayw...

Re: Going long on Sunday, November 6th
How about a 7:00 departure from Fairfield Starbucks? Gives us time for a long ride at a reasonable pace and we could still meet others at Fantastico bu 10:15 or so. Who's in? I'm up for starting earlier as well, but have no preference when. I'll be joining enroute somewhere between Ferndale and Mat...

Re: Wireless Brakes
The first thought that entered my mind when I read this was, why? Sure you can do it, but do the benefits outweigh the risks of potential failure where a fault or dead battery leaves you, at the very least, stranded with no brakes.
