I hear you Steve. I ran out of water after Prospect Lake. Almost bonked on the ride home, that was a good, tough hills ride for sure. 118km for me. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!!

Well after 120km today, i'm officially at 310 total. so i need to do 190 km at least this weekend. On the strava website I can see that Peter L. is at 314km and Sylvan at 350km.

ill meet at 6 at Pareto on monday, do the regular tuesday ride. then go from there. the more the merrier!

First day of Festive 500, anyone interested in doing a good distance monday? i'm thinking 110-130km, i'm pretty open to a route, but i'm partial to oak bay-peninsula-back along the waterfront.

Just wondering if anyone knows yet whether they'll be any VCL races this winter? It's a shame to do all this riding without racing! (for those of us with no cross bike...)

Any word yet on when the kit order will be coming?
