Re: Fancy purchasing a Bugatti bike?

Interesting idea with the single chain stay, single seat stay. Hard to fit fenders though.

Re: Running....

I was at the finish line of the Boston marathon waiting for my dad in 1980 when the first women crossed to win. I couldn't believe it; she just came out of nowhere. Turns out, she came out of the subway to win. Long before there was GPS, cell phones, strava or security cameras... http://time.com/382...

Re: Missing my fix

Though not riding much outdoors, I've thoroughly enjoyed this Winter. I've gone skiing a bunch of times, played hockey indoors (normal) and outdoors as a special treat. I've even gone running a few times. Yes, I'm missing the regular morning endorphin inducing group rides, but you might as well use ...

Its like the Thanksgiving turkeys we used to make out of phone books! Though I can't see that this would pass a crash test.

Re: TripleShot Cross Fondo

+1
Hard course with bike clean, full belly and a beer at the end. What could be better than that.
No, never seen so many flats. Even a guy on tubulars walking through the fields at the farm. 29er would have been the best weapon for the course, but where's the challenge in that?

Direct quote from the barn, second time around:

+1 from Geoff. I have the same frame and it is STIFF- find all the comfort you can.
I upgraded from cable actuated disc to hydraulic- if you need a set of callipers, they can be yours for free.

Cross on the Rock Team Name

Hey All,

COTR is trying out a new team feature this year. There are TWO Tripleshot (non-youth) team names at the moment:
Tripleshot
Tripleshot Cycling

We should all converge on a single name. Since our club is called Tripleshot Cycling, that's my suggestion to use.
