Re: Thank you Triple Shot

Mark you are truly an inspiration, not just for how much you ride, but in the way you ride with others, and your seemingly bottomless well of good cheer and good will. My FAVOURITE personal Mark Ford anecdote: One Sunday morning ride I was chatting with Mark and naturally we got to talking about his...

Wanted: rear wheel and 11-speed cassette for trainer

Looking forward a rear road wheel that can take an 11-speed cassette to use on a trainer. The cassette would also be great.

Anyway, if anyone has a wheel they want to move, let me know.

Zwift Race Team?

Would anyone be interested in being part of a Tripleshot (or other) Zwift Race team? There's a race series with multiple leagues and levels, and it might be fun to put in a team and race together. The "season" has started, but teams can register throughout the season. More information here...

Re: Group Riding during covid

Thanks, Martin. This is very helpful guidance. Sounds like there have been a few small friend-group rides going on, which is great to hear. Good to continue to maintain the positive image of cyclists generally, and TS specifically, by not being a bunch of dicks. We'll get that chance again soon enou...

Re: Peter Saying Thank You Tripleshot

Well hell. I guess “Post of the Year” is locked up! Peter, that was an amazing and harrowing tale of the first leg of this journey. (Yes, I see what I did there and I stand by it.) Thank you for sharing. We are all hoping for the best outcomes for you, of course; but moreover I’m inspired by your po...

Tix to see The Beaches Feb 6

I have two tickets to the see very excellent pop band The Beaches, this Thursday Feb. 6 at the Capital Ballroom if anyone is cool enough to want to go see them. I paid $70 for the pair, but will take an offer, or frankly give them to someone who wants to go. I don't want these to go to waste. If you...

Re: Crash on the Sunday ride

Lots of good ideas on how to ride safely, and where. We split up this Sunday into smaller, manageable groups, and it seemed fairly safe along Wallace (although that damn headwind!). I have a much bigger concern, and that is related to the reports I've heard about Eric's crash, apparent significant d...

Re: Kit Design Ideas - WE NEED YOU!!!!

Vote for Rolf's colour scheme on the cyclocross version, but with bold lines, rather than fades, similar to the classic kit style. Need to feature the 3 cups from the original. Should have darkest colours below the chest, especially for those of us who may benefit from a bit of contour assisted shap...

Re: Another Crash

I have to reiterate that we were doing everything right this morning. Very moderate pace, single-file, lights and fenders (albeit a too-short flap for me), and good communication. Likely nothing more than a patch of paint or tar that was slicker than anticipated. How John Dower got to the crash site...

Re: Looking for kids 24" wheel road OR cross bike

Hey, Brad, as a TS Youth team dad, with both kids having made the switch at about the same age as your son, I'd say you probably can't lose by making an investment in a Jake 24 or similar 'cross bike. Both my kids started on the Jake 24, and they now ride and race regularly with Tripleshot (age 14 a...
