Last week we did waterfront backwards, cordova bay, out to sidney, landsend, through brentwood then to interurban... or something like that. Im not set on any route in particular .... though longer would be good for me too since I haven't been able to get out much during the week anymore

Sorry Paul but my knee is still kinda wrecked from Sunday so I’m trying to give it a bit of time…. Last week the wrist, this week the knee…. Apparently when you hit quarter century you begin to fall apart. I hope to make it to the next one though.

Had a bit of a reality check as to how much work I have left for this course subsequently followed by a scramble to hand things in.... so I wont make it out. My dad should be there though, have a great one !
