Dallas Road bike lane
Just wondering if TSC plans to provide input on the proposed bike lane along Dallas Road:

I think a club / group riding perspective could be useful.

Chris Froome hit-and-run
Madness: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/05/09/chris-froome-deliberately-rammed-road-hit-and-run-driver-leaves/ Also, for us non-professionals, more madness (and good job keeping upright): http://www.cyclingweekly.com/news/latest-news/van-driver-filmed-forcing-cyclist-off-road-sacked-company-32...

Jesse at http://www.wildwoodcycles.ca/
I would recommend. Think he specializes in steel, but he was able to help me with my Ti frame. Very reasonable.

Poll - longest wait time for frame warranty
Hi, Wanted some input for those of you unlucky enough, "How long have you had to wait to get a frame replaced under warranty?" I just passed the 4 month mark, and it's looking like December at the earliest for me! (Kona, MTB - warranty accepted, no disputes). This seems like too long, but ...

Hi, do you know if the $25 registration is per race/ride, or for the series?
Thanks,

Re: Big Loop Ride Sunday 19th July 2015
Haha, thanks John! But that's what I get for only making one group ride a year! And yes, for anyone else wondering gab is me, Gabriel Botel. As for the ride, I'll have family coming in from out of town, so it looks like I won't be able to make it...but I will be coming out for more group rides, and ...

Re: Big Loop Ride Sunday 19th July 2015
Alternatively, we could do the loop in reverse, riding up the Malahat and skipping the ferry altogether!
I did this route some time ago and it worked fine, although I'm not an expert on prevailing winds, etc.

Re: Saturday May 24
Road rash right on the love handle! Thanks to everyone on the ride today for stopping and helping me pick myself up this morning. I don't think I took anyone down, but my apologies for any near misses and unnecessary heart palpitations. At first, I really wanted to keep riding (my first thought was ...

Re: A Great Day on the Big Loop
+1 on all Mike's comments, including the reverse loop. Big thanks to Marcus and Nancy for the support, couldn't imagine the ride without it. And to Mark, Paul and John D for all the planning and coordination, and also to the TSC Club, for supporting the ride. And of course to all the other riders co...

Re: BIG LOOP RIDE - 270km July 7
I've done the counter-clockwise route.
Seemed fine, except I got lost a couple of times, so it became the 290km big loop ride.
I have not done the clockwise direction, so can't compare.
We could have two teams, going in either direction, to see who finishes first!
