Apparently, I didn't get all of Dad's genes for saddle time endurance However, i have aquired a little more speed of late, gained primarily through the new faggl...

My Dad met a hard surface but he executed rule #5 well
Mark had a spill today but he is fine if anyone is wondering. He rode from Duncan to Mill Bay after the hospital and then my Mom picked him up.

I thought I heard Calgary has enforced speed limits on its cycle commuter trails. That would really suck.

Re: Whistler!!
It was the worst of times it was the best of times. I have now done this ride 4 times 2010,2011, 2013 and 2014. 2012 and 2014 in the race category. Each time it has been the hardest ride I have done all year. I don't often get cramps but I have got them every WGF. I was most prepared physically and ...

Re: Thinking about A rides
I am about to piss some people off but at least we can entertain ourselves. As a TS member in good standing. Peter I believe you are out of line. I could be wrong but don't think I am. More likely your good intentions are misguided. I am not trying to be inflammatory but I feel I need to be clear on...

Re: Bike repairs at your door!
I was their first Victoria VeloFix customer today. I really needed the full service on the cervelo. Brent met me at work over lunch and delivered the bike back to me at home after work. Downside, now the bike is back to perfect I don't want to ride it until the weather is good again :o Great service!
