Ok then it is a gamble. All I can say is it fits smaller than 2011-12 geometry. I at 6'3" have the seat post as high as it goes and currently run at 120 stem but I am moving to a 130 if I don't sell it.

Fit is always 'unique'. I don't pretend to be an expert. Not too mention sellers tend to sell . best thing would likely be to come try it out or contact a bike fitter. For this kind of dollars your friend should get something that fits.

I had limited childcare this week and now my wife is away until Tuesday. I bought 'Revolver' and plan to maximize my training indoors. Winter bike has had the stem flipped and all but one spacer removed. I'll be out rain or shine when possible.

Was all fine for me. I didn't mind standing around waiting at the observatory while others did a second a second hill climb.

The Giro results are finally up this morning! It looks like I actually did a bit better than I thought. 3:40 and 41 st place out of ~90 is fine with me. Still would have been more fun riding in the peloton for more than 10 minutes.

I competed in the Vancouver Whistler Giro Race on Saturday. I was fully prepared for the race. I trained, I had planned peak, I ate correctly for at least 2 months, borrowed Zedwheels.com race wheels from Brad (very very awesome wheels) studied the course, had a nutrition plan.
