Until I could select and afford wheels, I have been riding it with Brad's borrowed HED Bastones. Brad's timly start...

I'll likely be up for it with new wheels this time! Last sunday I broke a spoke and only made it 65kms.

Just an FYI if anyone is interested in a few extra KMS on the normal ride I am planning on heading past the farm at Island View out to through Sydney and loop around the ferry terminal. It will likely cut into my coffee time but I need the extra KMS.

I paid my $168 as entrant number 60 at few minutes before twelve today. Since it is not a race I won't have to worry about having a 100 or so people in front of me at the end!
