Thanks for the tips this morning Lister, really started to get the feel of it at the end but still need to ingrain the technique/speed for confidence purposes, count me in for next week!

One quick question, do these jerseys fit reasonably tight? Not a big guy myself, but medium should still be good (unless you have any men's smalls?).

I agree, probably not just the sodium, maybe it was the distraction of pain from your taste buds? Actually I think hydrogen ions from vinegar (acid) could be used to make an osmotic gradient that pulls water in the gut lumen, just like salt is. I think I'll be sticking to gatorade though...
