WTB 11-speed Shimano mechanical rod shifters

Hi,

I'm currently looking for a set of Shimano 11 speed shifters, either Ultegra or Dura-Ace. Good old mechanical, not Di2 or hydraulic. Let me know if you have anything kicking around. Thanks!

Re: Looking for input on weight loss from riding.

Hi Rob, I'm no doctor, but I would say if your Body Mass Index isn't under 18.5 then don't worry about it: https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmicalc.htm If you really want to gain weight you could always try to increase your muscle mass through a work-out routine. You will nee...

If you aren’t working or things are just tight and you run out of food, please don’t go to sleep with an empty stomach. Don’t be afraid or embarrassed to send me a private message, text, call. I will be more than happy to share what food I have. We will never speak about it again. I will drop and go...

Re: (morning Tripleshot) Zwift Group Rides?

Hey Stéphane, So people who did the Wheelers ride this morning just turned up in Watopia at 9am? And waited by the side of the road? And then someone clipped in and rode, and that's how people knew the ride was starting? You mentioned that you were planning to ride the "Big Loop". How doe...

Re: (morning Tripleshot) Zwift Group Rides?

Martin,

The Meetups function is great, but a very simple way to ride together in Zwift is to let people know which world and which route you will be riding at what time.
Then all folks have to do is log in at the right time and choose the correct world and route at the main screen.

Re: Zwift group rides

Hello all, Zwift does have a bit of a learning curve. I would recommend downloading the "Zwift Companion" app to your iphone/android phone and exploring the features available, specifically following riders (i.e. adding them to your Zwift contacts list) as well as creating and sending invi...

Re: covid-19 and group rides

After doing some reading and hearing from some medical experts over the last 24 hours, I am now convinced that I should refrain from group rides and other collective activities effective immediately. This is obviously not a choice that I am thrilled about, but I believe that the urgency for preventa...

Name decals

Hi, I made a batch of name decals a few years ago (see attached photo) and am making some more this month. They are "peel and stick" and are made of a durable vinyl material that is great for bikes and helmets. You can choose a flag, your name or other wording (20 characters max.) and eith...
