I believe one of Tripleshot's reasons for success and growth is keeping the times and locations consistent.

"No 50 to 59 in R.R.??.....really, should they even be allowed to race? Not old enough yet for discounts at Value Village or collecting CPP. ( 60+ ) But too old to dress like a hipster or race with really fast guys. ( 40+) You 50 to 59 guys will be handing out waterbottles and snacks to Barton ...

Considering almost every home in Victoria area has at least 1 or 2 bicycles that aren't being used .....there are alot of potential donation bikes that need to be re-homed.

And I have at least one old mountain bike for you.

December 31 at midnite. This year Dec 24 snd 31 are Sundays.

I did one gruelling lap at about 7.15....and then (no surprise) went for coffee.
Rumours abound of wet, early morning riders???

I could of used one of these bikes at the recent masters championships R.R. in Vancouver.

Along with my care aid, Alan Cassels keeping me supplied with big mac flavored Ensure and tripleshots of Starbucks coffee.
